Here's how we work together:
Step 1: Initial Consultation (30 minutes via Zoom)
Think of this as us getting properly acquainted. No pressure, just a chance for you to ask any questions swirling around in your mind and for me to understand more about what you're experiencing. You'll leave this call knowing exactly what we'll be doing and feeling completely safe about the process.
Step 2: Your RTT Session (90-120 minutes, in person)
This is where the real magic happens. We'll gently go back to find the root cause of what's been holding you back – not to relive anything painful, but to finally understand why your mind has been responding this way.
Most clients tell me this session alone is like finally getting answers to questions they've been asking themselves for years.
Step 3: Your Bespoke Audio (21 days of healing)
After our session, I'll create a personalized audio recording specifically for you – using the exact words and insights from your own session. You'll listen to this each night for 21 days as you're falling asleep (the easiest homework you'll ever have!), and your subconscious mind will be doing the healing work even while you rest.
Step 4: Follow-Up Check-In (30 minutes via Zoom)
Thirty days after our session, we'll hop on another call to check in. This is when clients usually tell me about all the shifts they've noticed – the things that used to trigger them that just... don't anymore. The patterns they've broken without even trying. The lightness they feel.
