    Session 1: Installing the Band (60 minutes)

    In your first session, we use hypnosis to "install" the virtual gastric band on your stomach. I know it sounds strange, but your subconscious mind can't tell the difference between a vividly imagined experience and reality.

    During deep hypnosis, I guide you through the experience of having the band fitted. Your subconscious accepts this as real—and from that moment on, it behaves as if the band is actually there.

    The result? - You instantly feel satisfied with smaller portions. Your stomach feels smaller. You naturally stop eating when you're comfortably full.

    But we don't stop there.

    After the Programme: The Motivational Maintenance Audio -

    Once you complete the 4 sessions, you receive a maintenance audio to continue supporting you on your journey.
